DELIVERY POLICY
INSPIRE PHOTOGRAPHIC will dispatch goods within 5 working days of your completed order. There is no charge for delivery. Certain goods are available for collection only.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your booking for a photo session, 48 hours notice should be provided via telephone. A full refund of your booking fee will then be made.

RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with INSPIRE PHOTOGRAPHIC. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product. Personalised & bespoke items & items made to order are excluded from this RETURNS / REFUND POLICY.

Your privacy is important to us, and we are keen to ensure that you get the most out of this web site and our service without prejudicing that privacy. We reserve the right to amend or modify this Privacy Statement at any time and in response to any changes in law that may apply to our operations.

In order to provide our service we require to collect personal information about you by way of our fact finding questionnaire. This allows the Studio to contact you and progress your request for a photo session. By using this web site you are giving us permission to use and retain your personal data in this way. We will not use or retain your personal information for any reason, other than as described in the previous paragraph. In particular we will not pass your personal information to any third party.

We do not intend to store or currently store your credit or debit card numbers.
